Complete renovation and build-out of a historic downtown building into a full-service restaurant and rooftop venue. Work included structural modifications, kitchen and bar build-out, custom millwork, finishes, and full mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, all coordinated around an aggressive opening date.
Adaptive reuse of the historic Kress building into a boutique hotel. Scope included structural upgrades, new building systems, guest-room and corridor construction, high-end finishes, and careful restoration of key architectural details to preserve the character of the original structure.
